In December 2010 an article about the Great Bustard and the LIFE and LIFE+ projects for the protection of the West-Pannonian population of the Great Bustard was published in the Austrian national park newspaper "Geschnatter" in the spezial edition Nr. 4 /December 2010.

On October, 19th, 2010 NÖN published an article about the co-operation of hunters in the Great Bustard Project.

The transboundary Great Bustard project was presented in a five minute part of a BBC documentary about the “green belt” in Europe.

On March 6th, 2009 the documentary was broadcasted for he first time by the BBC.

On June 8th, 2009 at 8:15 p.m. the ARD broadcasted the documentary in German under the title „Das Grüne Band Vom Todesstreifen zur Lebenslinie“.

On June 23rd, 2009 at 8:15 p.m. ORF 2 broadcasted a German version of the BBC documentary as well under the title „Der grüne Korridor“.

On September 29th, 2010 at 8:15 p.m. the NDR, on October, 5th, 2010 at 1:15 p.m. the MDR, on October, 8th, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. the RBB and on October, 10th, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. the SWR broadcasted the documentary in German under the title „Das Grüne Band - Vom Todesstreifen zur Lebenslinie“.
